1. Are payment plans available?

A: Payment plans are avail on trips booked at least 6 months in advance. All bookings must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.

 

2. Are Passports required?

A: Passports are required for all International Travel. A U.S. Passport is required must be valid for 6 months after your return date.

 

3. At what age do I have to purchase a airline ticket for my child?

A: Any child under the age of 2 can be booked as a lap seat. All children 2 or older must purchase a seat ticket even if they sit on your lap.

 

4. Are deposits required to book a trip?

A: Yes and are the only way to reserve your trip.

 

5. How early should I arrive to the airport prior to my flight?

A: Generally 2 hours prior to your flight.  You are encouraged to contact your airline as times may vary depending on the airport and date of travel. In general, please allow time for parking/shuttle transportation, airline check-in, obtaining a boarding pass and going through the security screening process.

6. I am traveling with medication, are there requirements I should be aware of?

A: All passenger items must undergo security screening. It is recommended that the medication be clearly labeled to facilitate the screening process. You may bring medically necessary liquids, medications and creams in excess of 3.4 ounces or 100 milliliters in your carry on bag. Remove them from your carry on bag to be screened separately from the rest of your belongings.

 

7. Do you charge a fee for your service?

A: Yes, there is a non refundable booking fee due after the consultation.
